After reading an article about schools resuming in-person classes, I came up with a plan to ensure that students can safely return. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, half of the students and half of the teachers would be in school, and the other half would be in school Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The first group would have school at home on Thursdays and Fridays (off Saturdays), and the second would have school at home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (off Mondays), with everyone off on Sundays, of course. Students would have five days of learning, and teachers would have five days of teaching.

Pass this plan on to school districts around the state and see if they like it.
