Letter to the editor: Politicians not worth the money or vote

Tribune-Review

Why is it that when you have selected an individual from one of the two major voting parties, they feel you are obligated to continue donating to them when they haven’t accomplished anything they originally promised to do when first running for office?

If at any time a politician would vote for term limits and assured me that this would be a “done deal,” I definitely would send him or her some much-asked-for money. Otherwise, they can stuff it, as our country is in such dire shape now that no one in office is worth the vote. Record high inflation and no workers to fill the jobs because they earn more staying at home and collecting free money!
