Recent news reports have stated that first-class mail delivery will be delayed (and take up to five days), and, of course, the price is going to rise. I recently ordered an item that was in U.S. Postal Service possession in Bonita Springs, Fla., on Oct. 4, and was not delivered until Oct. 15. During that time, it went to Fort Myers, Fla., Shrewsbury, Mass. (twice), Pittsburgh (twice) and St. Paul, Minn., along with two visits to Warrendale. Each of these moves has a price associated with it.

I am sure that throwing money at the problem will certainly solve it. Leave it up to the U.S. government to screw up a monopoly!
