In response to the letter “State of the Union rudeness uncalled for” (Feb. 21, TribLIVE), regarding rude behavior from some members of Congress during President Biden’s address: What would you call it when the speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, looks into a camera and tears up a copy of President Trump’s State of the Union address? Her rights under the Constitution?
