How in the world can the Greater Latrobe School Board agree to such a major school tax increase and burden on residents with a falling student population? Many of the board members are up for reelection, and this needs to be heavily challenged.

Latrobe does not have an affluent population to support this. Is this realistic? Surely seems like replacements need to step forward and save the day.
