Letter to the editor: Reverse Biden policies to heal nation

Tribune-Review

The writer of the letter “Bad logic on Trump’s presidency” (March 29, TribLIVE) dismissed the Trump administration’s contributions to low inflation, gas prices and unemployment and positive growth in the economy and stock markets. His logic is flawed. These things happened as a result of President Donald Trump’s policies and demonstrated strength on the world stage.

President Biden on Day One in office began eliminating through executive orders every positive policy put into effect by the Trump administration — in my opinion, out of spite and his obedience to the radical left. Now we have no energy independence, disastrous border policy and demonstrated weakness on the world stage, with the catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal leaving American citizens and allies behind while making the Taliban the world’s best-equipped terrorist organization as billions of dollars’ worth of our weapons were left behind. Bad actors around the world take advantage of Biden’s weaknesses (Putin invading Ukraine, China threatening to invade Taiwan, Iran posturing in the Middle East and beyond, North Korea threatening the Pacific region with nuclear weapons).

The way to get the nation back on track is to reverse the disastrous Biden policies, seal the borders, unleash American energy production, stop printing and handing out money, strengthen our military by ending the insane woke ideology being forced on our troops, stop forcing green energy on the nation under the guise of man-made climate change, mandate a return to educating, not indoctrinating, our children in public schools and universities, strengthen the nuclear family, and promote patriotism. Only then will our nation begin to heal and prosper.
