Roe v. Wade overturned equals a big goodbye for American women’s freedom. Soon they will have us wearing burkas and veils so we don’t tempt those conservative upstanding males. I am so totally miffed.

I’m 72-plus, so I don’t need to make any choices for abortion, but that doesn’t mean I’m not mad as hell.

Growing up it was, “No, you can’t do that, only boys can.” In order to work, you had to have heels and hose and conform to what men thought was right.

Hell, 50 years ago women weren’t allowed to run the Boston Marathon. You could give birth, but not run in a race.

I used to think to be conservative was a virtue; now it’s a repugnant Republican battle cry for white Republican males.

Yes, I know not all men are bad, nor are all women good, but they still haven’t passed the Equal Rights Amendment, have they? It will be gay and trans people as well as females who keep that from happening now.
