To residents of White Cloud Road, from a State Route 356 resident: Now you know what we go through on a daily basis. The speed limit on 356 is 45 mph, and I doubt any car goes the speed limit. Since construction started and parts of the road are finished, cars have upped their speed.

My hope for every resident who lives on 356 is that they will see more police patrolling the road and catch those who are breaking the law.

My advice to drivers is to pay attention and slow down.

While waiting to enter our driveway in June, we were hit from behind, and our car was totalled. My husband wasn’t seriously hurt, but I had to go to the emergency room by ambulance, sore and bruised.

Drivers, slow down. You will get to your destination eventually.
