Sens. Bob Casey and Pat Toomey were both complicit in the government shutdown. Neither did anything to get Sen. Mitch McConnell to bring the bills to the floor to end the shutdown. He will not do so until he gets permission from President Trump.

What a disgusting individual. He is the typical consummate self-serving politician that is reviled across the world. He works for neither his salary nor the voters. He is strictly interested in the power he holds. McConnell knows that if he forces a vote and overrides the president that the president will try to destroy him.

A man of courage would challenge the president with a vote and then see himself elevated and the dementated president swept aside. But McConnell is 100 percent a politician and that shall not occur.
