Westmoreland County Sheriff James Albert is correct that society is becoming more dangerous (“Keeping Westmoreland County safe,” Dec. 10, TribLive). Millions of people coming across our southern border illegally is an invasion. No other country on earth would allow this. President Biden’s handlers made it worse by flying them to different parts of the country and putting some of them up in four- and five-star hotels while we have veterans living on the streets.
All of us must be on guard. For the most part we are not getting other countries’ finest. I believe we are getting their deviants, criminals and sex offenders. The minute they cross the border they are lawbreakers.
