I want to give a shout-out to Bob at Lapels in downtown Greensburg. Our grandson came into town for a job interview. At the last minute he realized he had forgotten his tie. As we only have bow ties in the house, I went to Lapels in a panic. Bob calmly listened and then found ties he thought would work. The one we picked was great. And grandson was on his way in plenty of time.
I so appreciate the friendly, thoughtful service and merchandise our downtown stores offer. Shout-outs also to long-timers such as Bortz Hardware and Penelope’s and new faces such as McFeely’s Gourmet Chocolate.
