I watch the news on TV and see firsthand the sickening destruction of my beloved country. Our government seems to have abandoned us because President Trump is a threat to the entrenched corrupt politicians in the swamp. That so many citizens support his ouster, which, in my opinion, would destroy America, is unconscionable.

This man has led this economy to heights never before realized. It is mind-boggling to realize that so many citizens are against having a successful businessman in charge of the world’s largest economy. The “ruling class” desire a subservient population.

I am aware that many disagree with my reasoning, which is one of the great freedoms we enjoy as Americans. Agree to disagree.

The recent lawlessness resulting in burning buildings, destroying businesses and threatening a person’s desire to earn a living is a reality.

Defund the police? Will the fire departments be next? This is total idiocy.

Most generations entrusted a legacy of a better life for their children and grandchildren. Noninvolvement will guarantee us as the failed generation for denying the next generation a future.
