Donald Trump “(o)rders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune.” I take great umbrage at the use of the Navy Seal Team 6 example utilized in the presidential immunity decision by the Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor to “whack” a presidential enemy or opponent. Elected Democratic officials jumped to the ready and did not denounce her intellectual pygmied example but embellished it regarding such an astute group of American military men.

Sotomayor cannot tell the difference between a well-honed, tightly regulated tip of the military sword from a criminal hitman. She should apologize, as with her Democratic cabal, or resign her position. If she cannot tell the difference between Seal Team 6 or a Mafia hitman, how is she able to decipher intricate legal questions?
