I’m very disappointed to hear that the WPIAL has given high school streaming rights to the NFHS Network. I have tried to use this streaming service the past two years for my sister, so she could stream her grandson’s basketball games from Ohio. She was lucky if she got one game that worked correctly. For most games, she got a notice that they were having technical problems.

I went on Facebook to the NFHS site, and there is literally complaint after complaint about how terrible this streaming service is. Don’t waste your money.

I would like to thank the Tribune-Review for all the excellent coverage over the past few years streaming WPIAL playoff games. And the Tribune-Review provided this great service at no cost! NFHS charges monthly or by the year for you to stream games. I have no problem paying to watch the games, as I have tried to do the past few years with the NFHS Network, but it was money down the drain for very poor service.
