Here we go, Pandas; Super Bowl, here we go. I’m suggesting a name change for the Steelers: the Pandas.
This organization is rudderless and unrecognizable and has now fired offensive coordinator Matt Canada midseason despite applauding his work the previous two games. Their failure to recognize the obvious, that Kenny Pickett is a total bust, will not change. This wasted draft pick could have been used to fill one of the many holes on the team, but their pandering to the Pitt alumni is undeniable. Rather than move forward with Mason Rudolph, Mike Tomlin will die on the Pickett hill before acknowledging this monumental mistake.
How long will Art Rooney cowardly refuse to fire Tomlin? Tomlin continues to set up his players and coaches for failure. No coach worth a grain of salt would come here only to eventually be thrown under the bus by Tomlin for his own job security. Art, you know what you have to do.
