I have to complain because prices have been going up on my favorite cosplay items. I had my choice of acrylic wigs, all styles, all colors, for less than five bucks. My collection of faux silk cravats grew to jackpot range in patterns and textures. It was feasible to purchase multiple collar bars, and, more astounding, silk ties were going for $3 a dazzle. Thank heavens I was able to load up on fashion accessories before you-know-who imposed tariffs on Chinese imports. Otherwise, I’d be out of luck for all that. What’s really cruel, future generations won’t be doing cosplay. It’ll cost too much because of trade restrictions.

The new big cheese, Joe Biden, has been suggesting dropping the tariffs, so we can keep doing cosplay. Less frivolous consumer goods, and mayhaps vital resources, might cost less if the new management flips the program. Our leisure activities are at risk.
