I would like to thank the Community Library of Allegheny Valley for allowing people to borrow using the app called “hoopla.” Anyone with a library card can use the app to read books, listen to audio books and music and watch movies and TV shows. It was a huge benefit when I was ill recently. If you have a smartphone, I encourage you to take use this app.
