As we show our appreciation for caregivers, we may be forgetting to thank thousands of people who work behind the scenes such as housekeeping and maintenance staff, security guards, fast-food workers, delivery people — the list goes on and on. These are the people who make life tolerable through this pandemic. They are the unsung heroes.
