Here we go again. Voters in Pennsylvania might get another chance to privatize our outdated state store system. The state store system employs several thousand people, has limited hours, is closed on holidays and has some of the most expensive wine and spirits in the nation.

The privately owned Total Wine chain employs over 11,000 people in 27 states, has a huge selection of wine, beer and spirits, is open seven days a week with expanded hours, and offers special promotions.

Eliminating the state store system would create thousands of great-paying jobs and allow thousands of Pennsylvanians to become small-business owners. Will Pennsylvanians vote to enter the 21st century or will we vote to stay in the past ?
