Letter to the editor: Anyone regretting voting for Trump?
It’s true — 77 million of President Trump’s “sheep” elected him. But how many of those now regret their decision? Those who were forced out of their jobs? Those who may lose their health insurance and will no longer be able to take care of themselves or their loved ones? Those who lost their homes? Or perhaps those who are now paying higher prices like the rest of Americans who did not vote for Trump?
I cannot say enough good things about our wonderful governor, Josh Shapiro. He is young, ambitious and honest, and he cares about the people of Pennsylvania. He is devoted to his family and devoted to his faith. He was not born to wealth and does not have a criminal record. He is everything Trump is not. I certainly hope Shapiro runs for president in 2028.
Unfortunately, it will take the next president years to correct the unlawfulness that Trump has imposed on America and its people.
I think Trump is the worst president in the history of the United States — twice. He makes Richard Nixon look like a Boy Scout.
All in all, there are two things I can always count on. I will never forget where I came from and I would never have allowed Donald Trump to serve me my Big Mac or pay for my groceries!
