I hope everyone got a chance to see the latest reality TV show from the U.S. Senate, the theater of the absurd, Part II, also known as the acquittal of President Trump. I think it was the most brainless, spineless, gutless performance in the history of television. The vote was an insult to the intelligence of at least 80 million Americans.

Regarding Rush Limbaugh: When Bill Clinton was president, Limbaugh called his 13-year-old daughter, Chelsea, a dog. Limbaugh’s sense of humor was about as twisted as his political views.

If Trump is looking for something to occupy his time, I have a suggestion: He should get together with his criminal friends that he pardoned and head out into the Atlantic Ocean toward the Bermuda Triangle. Then perhaps we’ll finally be rid of that pack once and for all.

With the election of a Democrat, maybe we’ll see a return to a democratic system of government.
