During the Vietnam War, Donald Trump claimed (I say feigned) a foot injury and wouldn’t serve his country.

In 2016, as Trump campaigned for president, he disparaged Sen. John McCain’s heroic service as a POW.

According to news reports, Trump staffers claim that during a visit to France in 2018, he refused to visit an American military cemetery, calling the soldiers interred there “losers.”

On Memorial Day 2017, Trump joined his Chief of Staff John Kelly in visiting Kelly’s son’s grave at Arlington National Cemetery, where he was heard saying, “I don’t get it — what’s in it for them?”

Trump refused service to our country, demeans service members and their families, and to me is clearly unqualified to seek public office, in any capacity.
