Letter to the editor: Trump lost because of Trump

Well, the Trump supporters brought out the crying towels! I have no doubt these were not used because of children taken from their parents at our southern border; nor were they used because of the nearly 300,000 American deaths from covid-19. They were used because of Trump’s loss to Joe Biden.

Face it, Trump lost. He claims Biden won because of a fraudulent election. This, from who I believe is the greatest scam artist since Bernie Madoff. How many people did Trump scam when he declared his numerous bankruptcies? I think he’s scamming people now to financially support his ridiculous claims of fraud.

I believe his entire presidency was a scam. Trump probably will use these contributions to defend his illegal actions in court. He desperately needed to stay in office to avoid prosecution.

Face it, Trump lost because of Trump. His mean-spirited, vindictive, classless treatment of those who disagreed with him cost him the election. Good riddance to a true loser.

By the way, he lost by more than 7 million votes!
