It’s blasphemy to have a modern retelling of the Good Samaritan parable (Matthew 7:22-23) replacing the Samaritan with a transgender person (“Parable of the Good Samaritan for 2023,” June 11, TribLIVE). Jesus Christ taught us to love all people, even our enemies. So what are you really trying to say? Let’s use the word of God correctly. There are only two genders, male and female, period.
How about this: Three people approach Jesus Christ at the Pearly Gates wanting to enter, an evangelist, a transgender person and a devoted mother. They all say to Jesus, “Didn’t we tithe, go to church and even cast out demons in your name?” Christ says to them all, “Get out of my sight, I never knew you!”
How about we all stop just reading God’s word and start studying God’s word? 2 Timothy 2:15.
