On Oct. 3, we hosted the long- anticipated 13th annual Race for Grace — our first virtual 5K and 1-mile walk. Six months after the original event was to take place on April 4, we were excited that race day had come, regardless of the modified format. In 31 states and Puerto Rico, 1,448 runners and walkers participated to support our mission. Although different, it was incredible to watch the reach of Race for Grace multiplied exponentially because of the virtual component.

Throughout these challenging months, we have continued to receive requests from families in need of assistance. Thankfully, up to this point, we have not had to turn any qualifying family away. We now can breathe a little easier knowing that so far, the 13th annual Race for Grace has collected more than $111,500 for the benefit of others.

This was made entirely possible by our tremendous supporters. Your corporate sponsorships, individual donations, registration fees, auction bids and merchandise purchases have enabled us to sustain this crucial work. It’s not too late to contribute — visit www.reflectionsofgrace.org to join the fight.

We are deeply appreciative of the efforts that made the virtual 13th annual Race for Grace a great success.
