I urge my fellow Trib readers in the strongest terms possible to consider voting only for Democrats in this election.

The GOP gubernatorial candidate has vowed to stop counting votes from Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and anywhere else he doesn’t like the results. The GOP senatorial candidate made his fortune peddling do-nothing pills and abusing the trust we normally confer on doctors.

For the U.S. House, the GOP offers us an inexperienced fellow who happens to have the same name as the outgoing, well-liked Democrat — this is a cheap tactic that treats voters like we’re fools.

In the state House, we’ve had a generation of GOP majorities and yet still our bridges crumble and our minimum wage is below West Virginia’s.

If you want to actually maintain our infrastructure, if you want candidates who listen to scientists and funding to help keep working class folks’ homes in decent repair, you’ll join me and vote straight Democrat.
