What a difference a week makes. People really weren’t choosing Joe Biden as much as they were making sure Donald Trump didn’t win. It remains to be seen if Biden will make it four years given issues that were addressed in the final weeks of the campaign.

Here are the general concerns that need to be addressed for America. The censorship by social media platforms cannot be allowed. Freedom of speech has a key role in our democracy. Somehow we need to demand a higher standard of reporting and coverage by the media. If that means we break up the conglomerates, then so be it. There’s a real issue with corruption within our government. It’s time to prosecute the people who are cheating and stealing regardless of position.

America’s finest hours are still in front of us as long as we do our part in our democracy.
