What the citizens of any nation of free people should never want to see or accept is the leader of that nation assembling a private army. I believe that is what ICE has become under the current administration. The premature exoneration of agent Jonathan Ross in the killing of Renee Good indicates to me that the current version of ICE operates entirely at the pleasure of President Trump with no legal constraints.

In addition, Trump has pushed the U.S. military into taking questionable actions against other nations so that many would resign, as some have, rather than carry out illegal orders and others would become complicit to the point that they will be likely to obey any and all orders, regardless of national and international law, in the future.

If we the people and our elected Congress do not constrain this rogue president, we will no longer be a free nation. We must act soon, or it will be too late.
