As a student at Hillsdale College, I understand the importance of a quality education. I’ve seen the decaying public school system and higher education’s abandonment of American values and classical learning. I’ve witnessed attempts to indoctrinate students with far-left ideologies. I’ve seen students, who desperately want to learn, locked out of schools during the pandemic. That’s how I know we need a political outsider like Dr. Mehmet Oz advocating for students across America.

Oz was an early voice for returning to in-person learning, which is critical to the development of many children — especially those from lower-income families. Oz has met with career and technical education leaders to discuss enhancing career pathways for workers. Oz has vowed to stand for parents having more choices regarding their children’s education He has also called out the serious medical concerns with instructing young children about sex and gender in school.

Dr. Oz will be an advocate for students in the U.S. Senate — not like his woke, pro-lockdown, pro-mandate opponent John Fetterman. Students want change in education, not a continuity of the same failed policies. We must vote for that change, and Dr. Oz is that change.
