If you watched the recent presidential debate and still believe Joe Biden is qualified to run the country, you are either delusional or a fool. That said, the conversation should not be focused on Biden’s age/mental acuity. The more important discussion is how the Democratic Party and its friends in the media have been gaslighting the country for the past 3½ years.
Consider the following examples:
Jan. 6 was an insurrection. False. Jan 6 was a mob of mostly unarmed Trump supporters who found themselves caught up in a riot. Crimes were committed. But it was no insurrection, despite Dems’ best efforts to make us believe it was.
The laptop was Russian disinformation. Whoops. We all now know that was an attempt to avoid a pre-election scandal. Now that the laptop has been confirmed as Hunter Biden’s, left-wing media pretend it’s never been an issue.
Donald Trump is an existential threat to democracy. Did Trump open our southern border in 2021 and invite millions of largely unvetted, sometimes criminal, migrants into the country? Try telling the families of those murdered by some of them that Trump is the threat.
And the gaslighting continues. When faced with having to explain Biden’s poor debate performance, his aides immediately blamed a cold. The next day, Biden gave a fiery campaign speech with no evidence of a cold.
Finally, what about the reports of Biden being mentally “sharp” behind the scenes? Paraphrasing Jon Stewart: “Can you show me that video?”
