Turn on the television, if you’re still able to stomach it. You’ll see unprecedented natural disasters that possess inexplicable anomalies, political divisiveness being used to agitate civil unrest, dangerous levels of unvetted immigrants being surreptitiously placed throughout the country and an economy based on ever-increasing, unsustainable debt. What is happening in America?

Ever wonder why our politicians, media and corporations continually deceive us, how those working inside the Capital Beltway can amass personal fortunes while working citizens can never even catch up with inflation, how corporate-controlled television talking heads can read teleprompters full of disinformation and smile at us without a conscience?

How can those in public health and medicine seem to violate the basic tenants of the Hippocratic oath with impunity? Why does the government, in concert with the military-industrial complex, foment unnecessary wars that only bring horrible death and destruction?

How can the wealthiest nation on Earth lose over 100,000 citizens to drug overdoses, over 20,000 to murders and almost 50,000 to suicide each year? Why all the recent perverse sexual allegations against celebrities and prominent individuals? What has happened to our great nation?

The answer was predicted many years ago. “But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.” The hour is later than you think.
