Why haven’t the 20 Pennsylvania Republican fake electors in the 2020 election been prosecuted? According to the Constitution, only the electors of the candidate who won the popular, or “people,” vote, shall cast their vote for president in mid-December at their state capitol.

President Biden won the popular vote, so the 20 Democratic electors cast their votes. Constitutionally, the Republican electors stay home and do nothing. Instead, the 20 Republican electors unlawfully sent to the federal government their votes for Donald Trump on fake Pennsylvania letterhead.

Who was behind this crime? Who from Trump’s camp contacted who from the Pennsylvania Republican Party to initiate this coup d’etat? Where did they meet? Who organized it? Why haven’t major newspapers in Pennsylvania published investigative exposés regarding illegalities surrounding this issue? We the public have the right to know. More importantly, justice needs to be served, for no one is above the law.

As of now, the mystery in Pennsylvania continues while other states such as Georgia, Arizona and Michigan have begun their prosecutions. Our governor, attorney general and state Legislature have a duty to pursue these prosecutions to the fullest extent of the law.
