With all the chaos, crises and tragedy that has occurred recently, who really cares about Jeffrey Epstein? He’s deceased; let it go. As President Donald Trump recently said, “if it’s not one thing, it’s another.” Rep. Summer Lee demanded this all be released with the names of participants. Has government become reality TV?
When I cast my ballot, I want a candidate with my good will in mind. I want them to devote their energy to what drives the commoners’ world, like inflation, interest rates, the stock market, etc.
There was mention of trafficking. I’m sorry, but when you willingly want to flaunt with the socialites and continually expose yourself to this, you are not being abducted off the street, never to be seen again. This is the same scenario as the Diddy trial; it’s all fun and games and glamour til someone get hurt or cries wolf. I understand victimization, and my heart bleeds for those who are unwilling; however, it’s hard to believe these folks could not have had better judgment and gotten out while the getting was good.
It’s time politicians put our money where their mouths are and stop the nonsense of dredging up these trials to expose water under the bridge. Most Americans know that a lot more of this goes on behind the scenes of the affluent; it’s just a matter of who gets caught.
Put your head back on your shoulders and put gas in our tanks and food on our table, give us reasonable interest rates and make living in America affordable and honorable, not Soap Opera Digest.
