Women’s former rights, especially on the subjects of abortion and contraception, are being taken away from them by lawmakers who have no place in the matter. Whether a woman decides she wishes to prevent conception, or can carry a fetus to term or not, is a matter that should be in her own hands and nobody else’s.
And in any case, all women, Black or white, should have adequate health care, free and available to all, to ensure the good health and safety of this generation and the next.
Women, please remember this when it’s time to vote and cast your vote for those who will support your rights.
