I strongly recommend that you vote for Nicole Ziccarelli for state Senate on Nov. 3. Ziccarelli is running as a Republican in the 45th District that spans from Kiski to Kennywood.
I know Ziccarelli to be a dedicated wife and mother of a beautiful family with four wonderful children. She is a committed member of our church.
Beyond that, she is a very energetic person who has campaigned strongly for this seat in order to serve her community in the tradition of her grandfather, the late Nick Skezas, who, most importantly, served as councilman in McKeesport for many years. She has been safely knocking on doors and campaigning with great vigor to get her name out as well as helping her community as much as possible during this difficult covid-19 experience. I am certain that she will continue in this vein even more so if she is elected.
Ziccarelli would be a great advocate for the Allegheny Valley, which is the northern section of this contorted district, and as a part of the current Republican majority Legislature would have more power to effect positive changes. Ziccarelli actually will be seated at the table when decisions about our area are being made. She will fight for us.
Most importantly, I know that Ziccarelli, as a small-business woman, will be a strong advocate for Pennsylvania businesses, large and small, which need to be supported if we expect to be a state that grows and provides opportunities so that our children and grandchildren can be assured a bright future.
