The Indiana University of Pennsylvania women’s basketball team moved up one spot to No. 4 in the latest Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll released Tuesday.

IUP remains the only Division II team to be ranked in the top five of every national coaches poll this season.

The Crimson Hawks won twice last week to improve to 18-1 overall and 13-1 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. They regained first place in the PSAC West standings with a one-game lead over Cal (Pa.).

Drury (21-0) retained the top spot with its undefeated record, grabbing all 24 first-place votes. UC San Diego (18-0) stayed at No. 2, with Thomas Jefferson (20-0) moving up to No. 3. Fort Hays State (19-1) rounds out the top five.

Cal (Pa.), at 18-2, is the only other PSAC team in the rankings. The Vulcans fell seven spots to No. 17 this week after their 72-61 loss to Slippery Rock on Saturday.
