The Cincinnati Bengals caught a bargain with Tyler Boyd this season.

The former Pitt and Clairton star is one of five NFL finalists for the VIZIO Top Value Performer trophy. The award is given to the NFL player whose on-field performance most exceeds the value of his contract.

Boyd, who concluded his third season as a wide receivere for the Bengals, caught 76 passes for 1,028 yards and seven touchdowns this season while being paid a salary of $787,179, according to spotrac.com.

Also nominated were Chris Carson of the Seattle Seahawks, Kenny Gollady of the Detroit Lions, Phillip Lindsay of the Denver Broncos and Blake Martinez of the Green Bay Packers.

Fans can go to VIZIO.com/TVP to vote. Voting is open through Jan. 20.
