Jake Chapla, Sr., K, Slippery Rock

Plum graduate hit 66 of 67 extra points and made 17 of 26 field goals last season. … First-team All-PSAC West as kicker and second-team all-conference as punter.

Justice Evans, Jr., RB, IUP

Central Catholic graduate led team with 741 rushing yards last season and scored nine touchdowns. … Was PSAC West Freshman of the Year in 2017.

Damon Lloyd, Sr., LB, IUP

Coming off back-to-back seasons with 100-plus tackles. … Led PSAC and ranked 24th in Division II with 10.2 tackles per game last season.

Noah Mitchell, Soph., QB, Cal (Pa.)

Last season’s PSAC West Freshman of the Year ranked second in conference with 2,759 passing yards. … Also threw 19 touchdowns.
