Duquesne guard Tess Myers and the Dukes women’s basketball team are 20-12 this season.

The Duquesne women’s basketball team has accepted an at-large selection to the WNIT.

The 48-team field includes 11 automatic qualifiers and 37 at-large bids.

Matchups, sites and times will be released Monday.

Duquesne is in the WNIT for the 10th time. The Dukes lost to Richmond in the Atlantic 10 semifinals to fall to 20-12 overall.

They posted 20 wins for the 11th time in school history.

Round 1 games are scheduled Wednesday through Friday. The championship game, set for 3 p.m. April 6, will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network.

“So much has changed in the world of women’s basketball, but the Postseason WNIT is proud to be a trusted destination for dozens of programs that recognize our commitment to respecting the sport, and how we have been unwavering in that goal for 26 years,” said Sarah Molina, director of the Postseason WNIT, in a news release. “We look forward to igniting the spark the event provides to programs ready to embrace the experience – time and again we’ve seen success in the Postseason WNIT lead to great things down the road.”
