Ex-Steeler Antonio Brown gets workout with New Orleans Saints
Mr. Big Chest is in the Big Easy — at least for one day.
Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, who is a free agent while the NFL investigates sexual misconduct claims against him, spent Friday at a tryout conducted by the New Orleans Saints.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the Saints were doing their “due diligence” on scouting Brown in case of any injuries sustained by their wide receivers in the NFC playoffs. Brown posted a picture of the waiver he signed on social media, then he deleted the post.

The Saints (12-3) enter the final week of the regular season trying to clinch a first-round bye.
Brown has appeared in just one game this season — Week 2 with the New England Patriots, who signed him immediately after he was released by the Oakland Raiders. The Patriots released Brown on Sept. 20 when a lawsuit was filed against him by his former trainer, Britney Taylor, who alleged she was sexually assaulted by the star receivers on multiple occasions.
The NFL continues to investigate Brown for violations of the league’s personal conduct policy. Brown met with NFL officials last month, but the investigation remains ongoing. The NFL also has stated Brown could be placed on the commissioner’s exempt list if any team signs him.
