First Call: Devin Bush jokes on marring Ravens logo, Le'Veon backs Ezekiel

Steelers linebacker Devin Bush covers Xavier Grimble on July 27, 2019 during practice at Saint Vincent College.

In “First Call” on Wednesday, Devin Bush tells us what he wants to do to the Ravens logo. Le’Veon Bell defends Zeke Elliott. And Tom Brady’s big mansion flip.

Look out in Baltimore

While Pittsburgh Steelers first-round pick Devin Bush was at Michigan, he famously tore up the Michigan State logo at midfield after a pregame incident with the Spartans.

Well, now he’s warning the Baltimore Ravens to avoid messing with him during pregame or the same thing will happen to their logo in Baltimore.

While doing an interview on the Rich Eisen Show, Eisen asked Bush what would happen if the Ravens came marching at him arm-in-arm during a pregame walkthrough like the Spartans did.

“Same result,” Bush laughed.

“So that Ravens logo gets torn up?” Eisen responded. “That’s what happens?”

“That Ravens logo will have a big scratch in it,” Bush joked.

Bush laughed again and said he was just kidding.

Honestly? I prefer that he was serious.

C’mon. It’s the Ravens! They deserve it.

Be like Bell?

Many people are using the phrase “pull a Le’Veon” to describe what Ezekiel Elliott is doing with his contract.

The Dallas Cowboys running back is holding out from training camp in order to get a new deal. So technically, it’s not “pulling a Le’Veon,” since Bell wasn’t under contract when he held out last year. He just refused to sign the franchise tag he was tendered.

Regardless, Bell is tweeting out his support of Elliott.

they gotta pay up, period ? https://t.co/M08n7VQCsc

Frankly, I don’t know why one player would want to associate with the other. What Elliott is doing is worse than what Bell did. And I don’t think that Elliott would want to follow Bell’s path, because Bell didn’t end up making as much money as he thought he would with his power play.

Brady’s bungalow

It looks like Tom Brady is trying to turn a pretty penny on his Boston-area house.

The home in Brookline was posted for $39.5 million. Brady and Gisele Bündchen initially paid $4.5 million for the land itself.

That would be quite a flip. Where does Brady think he lives? Lawrenceville?

According to NBC Boston, the place features a three-car garage and a circular driveway that holds up to 20 more cars. And a gym, spa, a guest house with a yoga studio and an outdoor organic herb/vegetable garden.

The New York Post says that the power couple has been house hunting in Greenwich, Conn. and Alpine, N.J. lately.

Doink!

It’s been a bad year for the Orioles. They are 38-75. This clip sums up the whole season in one play.

Check out DJ Stewart’s dive in an attempt to catch a fly ball against the Yankees.

Take another a look in slow motion because … you just have to.

Dålig dag på jobbet? Det hade även DJ Stewart i natt som tydligen åkte på en hjärnskakning också pic.twitter.com/bqJgzIW32X

That was so bad, it should’ve happened to the Pirates.

Here’s the difference

This is why they are the Orioles and the Yankees are the Yankees.

That happened in left field for Baltimore against New York. Here’s what New York left fielder Mike Tauchman did to Baltimore.

And if it wasn’t enough that Tauchman robbed Pedro Severino on the field, he did this at the plate.

Tauchman is hitting .299 with 10 home runs and 36 RBIs. The Yankees won 9-4. He has three homers in two days.
