No one is making this easy on New England.

I don’t know what kind of Tyco project that is. And I’m not sure Fleury knows either.

But I’m sure there are still some Penguins fans who would tell him that Tomáš Vokoun could build it better.

Nah. I like my plan better.

Let me tell you something, if the both the players and owners are THAT desperate to get this season going again, to get every paycheck and every gate receipt, then maybe this league is still more desperate than I thought.

If the players want to push the season that deep into the summer, then delay the regular season for that long into the fall of 2020, they better be ready for an incredibly tiring, compact and condensed schedule.

One more year!

Upper St. Clair star Sean Lee thinks he has at least one more year in his body.

And he’ll be staying in Dallas.

Oft-injured, but often productive, Lee signed a one-year $4.5 million contract to stay in Texas. Last year, Lee started 13 games and played in all 16 for the first time in his career.

The former Penn State star has missed 51 games since his start in the NFL. But he has still managed to carve out a nine-year career with the Cowboys, resulting in two Pro Bowls and an All-Pro nomination.
