Pitt coach Jeff Capel calls out to his team during the second half of an NCAA college basketball game against Mississippi State, Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024, in Starkville, Miss.

Jeff Capel and Pitt’s men’s basketball continue to stay hot on the recruiting trail, as they added another four-star recruit in the Class of 2026 on Monday afternoon.

Forward Anthony Felesi, a 6-foot-5 prospect out of Utah Prep (Hurricane, Utah), confirmed his verbal commitment on X and joins fellow four-stars Chase Foster and Jermar Jones, handing Capel three blue chip recruits around which to continue building.

Felesi’s 247Sports profile shows a wide array of high-major offers, including from Southern Cal, Cal, Gonzaga, Louisville, LSU, Oregon, Villanova and others.

He is ranked as the No. 49 recruit in the nation within his class, the No. 21 small forward and No. 2 prospect from his home state of Utah.

Along with Jones, who was Capel’s first 2026 commit Oct. 10, followed by Foster five days later, Pitt has jumped to No. 6 for the Class of 2026, per 247Sports’ team rankings.
