The Ravens will be short-handed Sunday as the team ruled out six players, including star quarterback Lamar Jackson, who’s been nursing a hamstring injury and missed all three practices this week.

Jackson (hamstring), fullback Patrick Ricard (calf), middle linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring), cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) and cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring) are all out.

Cooper Rush will start at QB, and Tyler Huntley will be elevated from the practice squad as No.2.

Four other players, including All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton, are listed as questionable for the contest featuring 1-3 teams.

Jackson was tackled while carrying the ball in the second half and, upon returning to the bench, slammed his helmet down in frustration.

Stanley returned to practice along with Nate Wiggins and Devontez Walker on Thursday.

The Ravens badly need a win over the Texans, and the missed practice comes after Brian Wacker of the Baltimore Sun reported that Jackson could miss multiple weeks.

Hamstring injuries typically keep a player out for 2-4 weeks, depending on the severity. The Ravens host the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6 on Oct. 12 before their bye week and a game against the Chicago Bears in Week 8 on Oct. 26.
