Goaltender Taylor Gauthier made 26 saves on 28 shots for the Wheeling Nailers in a 3-0 loss to the Reading Royals at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, W.Va., on Friday.

The result dropped Gauthier’s record to 9-5-1.

Wheeling (29-13-2-2) was shut out for the third time this season.
