Minor league report: Nailers shut out Heartlanders for first win

Goaltender Taylor Gauthier made 20 saves and recorded his first professional shutout for the Wheeling Nailers in a 2-0 home win against the Iowa Heartlanders at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, W.Va. on Sunday.

Forward Sean Josling and defenseman Adam Smith each scored goals for Wheeling which recorded its first win of the season (1-3-0).

Highlights:

The Nailers next game is a road contest against the Reading Royals on Friday, 7 p.m.
