Minor league report: Penguins beaten by Bears

Forward Emil Bemstrom had a goal and two assists for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-4 loss to the rival Hershey Bears at the Giant Center in Hershey on Tuesday.

Defenseman Mac Hollowell had a goal and an assist for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (26-12-4-0) while defenseman Owen Pickering contributed two assists.

Goaltender Joel Blomqvist made 25 saves on 29 shots and his record slipped to 6-5-2.

Highlights:

The Penguins’ next game is a home contest against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Friday, 7:05 p.m.
