Minor league report: Penguins fall to Phantoms

Goaltender Filip Lindberg made 28 saves on 33 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-2 home loss to the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Friday.

Forward Tyler Sikora recorded two assists for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (18-13-2-3) while forwards Nathan Legare and Lukas Svejkovsky each scored goals for the Penguins.

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the Bridgeport Islanders on Saturday, 7 p.m.
