Goaltender Louis Domingue made 22 saves on 26 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-1 home loss to the Providence Bruins at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

Forward Radim Zohorna scored the lone goal for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (8-8-0-2).

Forward Justin Almeida scored all off the Wheeling Nailers’ goals in a 4-2 road win against the Iowa Heartlanders at the Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa.

Alemeida, a fifth-round pick (No. 129 overall) by the Penguins in 2018, became the 15th player in franchise history to score four goals in a game.

Forward Patrick Watling recorded three assists for Wheeling (8-6-0-0) while goaltender Stefano Lekkas made 13 saves on 15 shots in the victory.

The Nailers’ next game is a home contest against the Cincinnati Cyclones on Friday, 7:10 p.m.
