Minor league report: Penguins, Tristan Jarry fall to Phantoms
Goaltender Tristan Jarry made 15 saves on 19 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-3 loss to the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms at the PPL Center in Allentown on Friday.
Assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for conditioning purposes, Jarry’s American Hockey League record stands at 4-1-0 following his final scheduled start during the assignment. He finished the stint with a 2.16 goals against average and a .926 save percentage.
Forwards Jonathan Gruden, Ville Koivunen and Sam Poulin all scored goals for the Penguins (7-3-0-0) who had a four-game winning streak snapped.

Forward Jordan Martel had a goal and an assist for the Wheeling Nailers in a 5-4 home overtime loss to the Trois-Rivières Lions at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, W.Va.
Defenseman Jack Beck and forward Sam Houde each recorded two assists for Wheeling (4-3-1-0) while goaltender Jaxon Castor made 11 saves on 16 shots as his record slipped to 2-1-1-0.
Forward Jakov Novak scored the winning goal at 4:04 of overtime.
